All the precision machining processes on sheet metal and metals are carried out in our factory in Erba (Como).
SHEET METAL LASER CUTTING
Cresseri has been using the laser cutting technique for sheet metal and metals since 1997.
Our expertise extends to working with laser beams on materials of any thickness: ranging from a minimum of 0.5 mm to a maximum of 10 mm for stainless steel, and up to 20 mm for carbon steel.
Cresseri’s extensive fleet of machines also includes combined laser cutting/punching machinery.
These machines are also capable of performing a range of operations such as deformation, deep drawing and threading prior to cutting the outer contour of the piece.

With the support of our in-house design department, we work closely with customers to develop the most effective sheet metal and metal bending solutions that align with your project’s timelines and costs.
We are able to meet all requirements while ensuring maximum flexibility and reliability.
At Cresseri, we perform electric tack welding on various types of metals, including aluminium.
We stand out in the market for our precision and meticulousness, which are fundamental requirements in this type of work.
ELECTRIC TACK WELDING
SHEET METAL WELDING, ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING
Cresseri pays meticulous attention to every phase of the process while maintaining high production volumes.
Our technicians use both manual and robotised welding machines. Welding on aluminium parts can also be carried out.
Depending on the type of work and the quantity of parts to be produced, we carefully select the most suitable technique to ensure high-quality standards, cost-effectiveness and on-time deliveries. We perform MIG and TIG welding.
The sheet metal processes carried out by Cresseri also include insertion, depending on the type of material, such as:
- threaded inserts;
- self-clinching inserts (nuts, studs and spacers)
- blind rivets
These sheet metalworking operations are designed to facilitate easy and efficient assembly, providing a reliable and secure grip.
